Premier League giants Chelsea are preparing to launch a third bid for the talented Brighton and Hove Albion midfielder, Moises Caicedo, as they look to strengthen their squad during the summer transfer window.

According to reports from Chelseanews.com, Brighton and Hove Albion have slapped a staggering £100 million price tag on the Ecuadorian sensation.

Chelsea’s initial bids of £55 million and £60 million were swiftly rejected, but the club remains undeterred and is now preparing to submit a bid of £80 million, hoping to secure Caicedo’s services.

The young midfielder is said to be enthusiastic about a potential move to Stamford Bridge and has already agreed on personal terms with the Blues.

Chelsea have been monitoring Caicedo’s progress since the January transfer window and are determined to bring him to their ranks.

In addition to Chelsea, other Premier League powerhouses such as Arsenal and Manchester United have also shown interest in acquiring the 21-year-old’s signature.

During the previous Premier League campaign, Caicedo showcased his immense talent, contributing with one goal and one assist in 37 appearances for Brighton and Hove Albion.

Chelsea, on the other hand, had a somewhat disappointing season, finishing in 12th place with 44 points from 38 matches.
