Osayi-Samuel has been on the radar of top English clubs like Brentford FC, Leeds United, and AFC Bournemouth, but Rangers have reportedly made a surprise offer to secure his signature.
The 23-year-old has been impressive for Queens Park Rangers in the Championship and has attracted interest from several clubs. He has scored six goals and provided nine assists in 39 appearances for the London club this season.
