According to Goal, the 35-year-old superstar seemed to be in good spirits as he stocked up on groceries in his new home of Miami. He even took the time to pose for numerous photos with surprised onlookers who couldn’t believe they were standing next to one of football’s greatest legends while he loaded up his shopping cart.
Before making his official debut as an Inter Miami player, Messi is taking time to adjust to life in the United States. The club is also making preparations to renovate their DRV PNK Stadium, which currently has a capacity of 18,000, in order to take advantage of the massive interest surrounding Messi’s arrival and to accommodate the expected surge in attendance.
