Manchester United’s Marcus Rashford is making headlines once again after being named the Premier League Player of the Month for February.
Organiser of the English top-flight, Premier League, made the announcement on their Twitter handle on Friday. This marks his third award of the season, following his wins in September and January.
Throughout the month of February, Rashford starred for Manchester United, bagging seven goals in seven appearances in all competitions. He scored five goals in the Premier League and two goals in the Europa League.
Rashford has continued his fine form into March, scoring in United’s 4-1 victory against Real Betis in the Europa League round 16 first-leg tie on Thursday.
Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag was also named the Manager of the Month for February, marking his second award of the season. The Dutch coach led United to six wins, two draws and no defeats in the month.
Rashford continues to be one of the most exciting players in the Premier League and his award for February is well deserved. He has been impressive for Manchester United, leading the team to consecutive wins and helping them stay in contention for a top four finish.
