The Super Eagles of Nigeria have secured their spot at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations in Cote D’Ivoire after a hard-fought 3-2 victory over Sierra Leone. Despite not having the luxury of playing on a great surface, the Nigerian team showed great resilience and determination to grind out the result after a wonderful first-half display.

Samuel Chukwueze also received a 6.7/10 for his very good game, showing great understanding with Osimhen and linking well with the midfield.
However, the standout performer of the match was Victor Osimhen, who received an 8.7/10 for his superb performance. The Napoli man scored two very good goals and had a great link-up with the wingers. Kelechi Iheanacho also received a 6.9/10 for his cool and composed finish to score the clincher for Nigeria.
Overall, the Super Eagles showed great character and determination to secure their spot at the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations in Cote D’Ivoire. Despite not having the best playing surface, they ground out the result with a fantastic first-half display and some excellent performances from their players. With Osimhen in top form, Nigeria will be a team to watch in the tournament.
